What is boot camp? 

Boot camp is a combination of intense military style workouts that involve push-ups, calisthenics, circuit training, kettle bell training, sit ups, stretching, running rain or shine, pilates, you name it-it goes!!!
Did we forget to mention singing??? Chant your way to a tighter, slimmer, more confident you! All done in a team atmosphere! 

What are you waiting for? This is your year to do something for yourself.

Every class is different so you never know what to expect. Your job is to show up and shut up!
